A senior WordPress engineer audits your live site against five public benchmarks — performance, accessibility, plugins, security, editorial workflow — then hands you a 32-page report with P0 / P1 / P2 findings and time-boxed fix estimates. Fixed price from $1,500. Credit applies 1:1 against any build you book within 30 days.
The Audit Sprint is a 7-day, fixed-price WordPress site audit by a senior engineer. You get a 32-page report — performance, accessibility, plugins, security, editorial workflow — with P0/P1/P2 priorities and fix estimates. From $1,500. Credit applies against any follow-on build.
You inherited a WordPress site that works, but no one can tell you what it would cost to make it good. Lighthouse says mobile LCP is 4.2 s. Twenty-six plugins are active, four are abandoned. The marketing team can't change a heading without help. A WCAG/EAA letter just landed. You want to spend the engineering budget on the right things — but every consultant pitches a rebuild and won't quote without one.
The Audit Sprint is the opposite. One week. Fixed price. A read-only diagnostic with priorities and fix time-boxes. You leave with a roadmap you can act on yourself, hand to your developer, or use to commission the right scope from anyone — including me. About 40 % of clients stop here. That's a feature.

Want the fixes done? Pair the Audit with the Performance Rescue, Accessibility Sprint, or a full Launch Sprint. The audit fee credits 1:1 against any of those if booked within 30 days.

No refunds — but the 90-minute D1 kickoff is the last off-ramp. If after kickoff you don't want to proceed, we cancel and you owe nothing beyond the deposit. SOW governs.
Tools catch ~40 % of what matters. They don't see plugin sprawl, accessibility regressions on real keyboard / screen-reader passes, editor workflow rot, security posture, or hosting waste. The Audit is the other 60 %, ranked by impact with time-boxed fixes.
That's the value. P0 / P1 / P2 prioritization is built so you can budget over six months instead of guessing. The report is yours — share it with leadership, ops, your developer, or use it to commission a vendor of your choice. About 40 % of clients act on the report without booking a follow-on build.
No. The audit and the rescue are deliberately separate. Read-only diagnostics let you take the report and act on it independently — including hiring someone else. If you do want me to implement, the audit fee credits 1:1 against any of the build sprints within 30 days.
Yes. Licensed for unlimited internal use — board, exec, ops, vendors under your NDA. Republishing externally requires a one-line credit. Mutual NDAs are signed by default for engagements in finance, security, or regulated industries.
I audit WordPress only. If you're on Webflow, Shopify, Squarespace, Wix, Drupal, or a custom CMS, I'll refer two people who do that work well. Refusing publicly is the strongest qualification signal there is.
