EAA exposure rescue — for UK and EU B2B WordPress sites

Fixed-price WCAG 2.2 AA + sub-1s LCP rescue for B2B WordPress sites exposed to the European Accessibility Act. From $1,500 / 7 days, with a signed dual guarantee.

Why B2B is in scope — the part most UK companies don't realise

The European Accessibility Act's enforcement window opened on 28 June 2025. In November 2025, France filed the first EAA-related lawsuits against Auchan, Carrefour, E.Leclerc, and Picard. As of May 2026, no fines have yet been issued under any EAA-transposed law, but the legal exposure is live and regulators have begun acting.

The part most B2Bs miss: The EAA covers business-to-business digital services, not just consumer retail. Most accessibility-agency marketing focuses on B2C — leaving B2B services largely uncovered in messaging. The legal coverage is the same.

UK companies are not directly bound by the EAA, but UK B2Bs serving any EU customers, prospects, or end-users are exposed through their EU establishments, EU-resident user populations, and EU procurement requirements.

Penalty schedule by country (as of May 2026)

Two engagement paths

Fixed-price · fixed-scope · signed guarantee
Path 1 · Start here

Audit Sprint

$1,500
7 days · 100% upfront

32-page PDF audit: Lighthouse + axe-core + manual NVDA pass on three pages + plugin teardown + security headers + three prioritised recommendations. Closes with a 60-minute walk-through call and a recorded Loom.

If the audit doesn't land on day 7, it's refunded in full. About 40% of clients use the report in-house and never engage further — that's fine and a feature.

Path 2 · Full remediation

Accessibility Sprint

$4,500
21 days · 50% deposit · 50% on day 14

Full WCAG 2.2 Level AA audit + remediation across up to 20 pages. Includes signed compliance letter on PIXY letterhead, accessibility statement published, 60-min editor training, 30-day post-launch retention.

If WCAG 2.2 AA isn't met by day 21 (verified by axe-core 0 violations + manual NVDA + keyboard pass), the final 50% invoice is waived.

The Audit Sprint converts to a $500 credit against the Accessibility Sprint if started within 90 days. Effective Accessibility Sprint cost after audit: $4,000.
