A 4-page DOCX template covering: scope (every page / template / form by name), exclusions (the verbatim list that prevents 80% of scope creep), milestones (40 / 40 / 20), IP transfer (“transfers to Buyer on final payment”), subcontracting (no-without-naming), indemnity (mutual, capped at fees paid), and termination (either side, 14 days).

How to use it
