  3. Do those sites pass WCAG 2.2 AA? What’s the evidence?
  4. Show me a SOW you’ve used.
  5. What’s your milestone schedule?
  6. Who owns the code at the end?
  7. What’s your communication cadence during the build?
  8. Can I talk to your last client?
  9. What’s your AI policy?

What healthy answers sound like

Specific URLs and numbers (not vague claims). 40/40/20 milestones. “You own everything on final payment.” Friday written status. A real reference contact (not “on request”).
