AI in the loop, not the chair

AI is a first-pass refactorer. It writes meta-box boilerplate, it drafts test fixtures, it re-flows long-form copy. It does not commit to my repo, and it does not see customer data without an explicit opt-in. Every change it suggests is read line-by-line.
