Do you sign NDAs?
Yes. Mutual NDAs are standard. I prefer plain-English short-form. I’ll review yours, or send mine.
What if I want to fire you mid-engagement?
You can. I bill for work delivered to the cut-off date. I hand over everything (code, docs, Loom walkthrough of in-flight work). No reactivation lock-in.
Can I see references?
Yes — every testimonial on the Testimonials page links to the testifier’s LinkedIn. You can DM them directly.
Do you carry professional insurance?
Yes — professional indemnity insurance with worldwide coverage. Certificate available on request.
What jurisdictions do you work in?
I invoice from outside the EU. I work remotely with clients worldwide — EU, UK, US, Canada, Australia, and beyond. Contracts are governed by your jurisdiction unless we agree otherwise.
